1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 51ph platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, payment services, and any related features — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with 51ph's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 51ph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 51ph platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 51ph account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 51ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 51ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted under your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have notified 51ph of unauthorized access in writing without undue delay.

51ph will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. If you receive any such request purportedly from 51ph, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately through our live support channel.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

51ph operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, 51ph may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, UMID, driver's license)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., GCash account screenshot, bank statement)
• A selfie holding your valid ID, as required

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 51ph may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account. 51ph reserves the right to suspend an account pending completion of KYC at any time.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

51ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or collusion, provided false information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 51ph support via live chat. Any pending verified withdrawal balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed through the player's registered payment method.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

51ph currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (Tether)

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions, which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the 51ph platform. 51ph reserves the right to amend these limits at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on your account. Once approved, processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Under 5 minutes for verified accounts
• Coins.ph: Within 15 minutes
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Within 24 hours during Philippine banking hours
• USDT: Within 30 minutes

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. 51ph reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for fraud, money laundering, and suspicious activity in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. 51ph is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities. Any funds associated with fraudulent activity are subject to immediate freeze and forfeiture.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 51ph are subject to these general terms unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions, accessible on the 51ph promotions page.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated per game category
• Live dealer games, certain jackpot slots, and restricted games may contribute 0% toward wagering requirements
• 51ph reserves the right to void bonus winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe

5.3 Bonus Abuse

51ph maintains a strict policy against bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms (including low-risk hedging strategies); colluding with other players; and using automated software to place bets. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Certified Random Number Generation

All games available on 51ph — including slots, table games, live dealer games, and crash titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All RNG systems and game outcomes are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game are available in the game information panel within the 51ph lobby.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, 51ph's internal game logs constitute the official record of all game outcomes and transactions. If a malfunction occurs that prevents a game round from completing, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. Winnings derived from a malfunctioning game are void.

6.3 Live Dealer Games

6.4 Disconnection During Play

51ph is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity failures, power outages, or device issues on the player's end. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection while playing. Game auto-play features, where available, continue to operate during brief disconnections.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 51ph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using 51ph if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the 51ph platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploits must be reported to 51ph support immediately
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the 51ph platform or its software
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward 51ph staff or other players
• Using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-based restrictions

8. Responsible Gaming

51ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 51ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the 51ph platform without the prior written consent of 51ph.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 51ph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

51ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 51ph's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Amendments to These Terms

51ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 51ph will notify players via a notice published prominently on the platform and, where practicable, via the email address registered to your account.

Changes take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated. Your continued use of the 51ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. By using 51ph, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
